​In our modern factory we can produce various schnitzel and cordon bleu variations on our production lines.

• Raw pork schnitzels from pork salmon from 60g to 1,000g or from the topside of pork from 160g to 300g, which are ready to eat, seasoned, breaded and packaged fresh from the freezer

 

• Ready-fried pork schnitzels from 35g to 250g, which are also seasoned, breaded, fried and packaged fresh from the freezer

 

• Raw and pre-fried Cordon Bleu in the weight range from 60g to 200g, which we hand-top with cooked ham and medium-aged Gouda, seasoned, breaded and packaged fresh from the freezer
